Evaluating the formulation of the nominal sentence in the writings of secondary school students in Egypt in light of the goals of teaching the national Arabic language
The Declarative Nominal Sentence in the Writings of High School Students in Egypt. This research aims to identify the types of declarative nominal sentences used in the writings of high school students in Egypt, as well as to determine the most common patterns and explain why some patterns are more prevalent than others. To achieve this objective, the study collects a sample of high school students' writings, which serves as a representative sample. The writings are then classified and analyzed, and a statistical count of the grammatical patterns found in these writings is conducted to identify the most common patterns. The study also seeks to identify essential common patterns that do not appear in students' writings and attempts to explain their absence through specific criteria for judging the prevalence of particular patterns, including expert opinion and statistical analysis. The study adopts a descriptive approach to observe, analyze, and classify the grammatical patterns used in the samples according to various procedural tools, such as statistical and analytical methods. It is worth noting that the research has divided the declarative nominal sentence into three categories: affirmative nominal sentences, negative nominal sentences, and emphatic nominal sentences.
